PERSONAL TRAINING

how it works

We provide physical training sessions in our private personal training studio.  
 
This is face-to-face training which combines weights, cardio, strength and endurance to help you reach your goals.
 
Sessions are 45-50 minutes and can be booked for individuals or small groups with our trainers Abbi & Kate.
 
We strongly recommend that your PT buddies are of a similar ability and have the same training goals as you.

how much is it?

We require 5 or 10 weeks upfront block payment
 The various options are listed below:

​ 1-2-1 training - £350 for a 10 week block
 
2-2-1 training - £250pp for a 10 week block
 
3-2-1 training - £150pp for a 10 week block
 
4-2-1 training - £120pp for a 10 week block​​
 
5 week blocks are 50% of the cost
 
Nutrition advice can be given verbally in the sessions but for in-depth coaching please ask us about our associated online coaching business
