CLASS BOOKING POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY 

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking prior to 24 hours before the class start time then you will receive a refund in the form of class credit. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.

NO CASH REFUNDS 

We do not offer cash refunds. If you cancel your booking prior to 24 hours before the start of class, then you will receive a class credit on your account.

LATE CANCELLATION FEE 

If you cancel within 2 hours of the class start time, a £4 late-cancellation fee will be applied.

​

NO-SHOW FEE 

If you miss a class without cancelling your booking, an £8 no-show fee will be applied.

CLASS PASS BUNDLE EXPIRATION DATES

A 5 mat pilates class pass bundle (1 hour) expires 2 months after the purchase date.

A 10 class pass bundle (45 mins) expires 2 months after the purchase date. 

A 20 class pass bundle (45 mins) expires 3 months after the purchase date.

A 30 class pass bundle (45 mins) expires 4 months after the purchase date.

We want to reassure you that the late cancellation and no-show fees won’t affect the majority of our amazing regulars. They’re simply in place to prevent frequent last-minute cancellations that block spaces for others on the waitlist.​
