SCULPT LAAB
 

Sculpting your Legs, Abs, Arms + Bum 
 
 Move through the rounds with kettlebells and dumbbells for the perfect full body hypertrophy session to sculpt your body.
Our sculpt method combines different elements to keep you on your toes and leave no muscle untouched

​HYBRID CARDIO

Want to perform like a hybrid athlete and get the best of both in your training? 

Combine different approaches to training - strength, functional with a clear focus on cardio and endurance.

BOX

Our 'BOX' classes are your favourite boxing workout on the punch bags. ​
  
Box classes have two staple elements = boxing and core work. Depending on the class you choose the third...

​SUPER SATURDAY 
 

The BEST way to start your weekend. You're in for a different workout each Saturday combining all our favourite elements of training throughout the week rolled into one SUPER SATURDAY SESSION.

​

Some week we'll focus on strength, others we'll focus on conditioning but one this is guaranteed... you'll get a great workout, you'll be challenged and endorphins will be high.

CONDITIONING 45
Your high-intensity class.
 
This is total full-body conditioning aiming to burn as many calories as possible and peak your heart rate.
 
This is not for the faint hearted
45 mins of heart racing, blood bumping feel good endorphins

​GLUTE DEVELOPMENT

Pure glute development and growth ​- come and leg day with us.  
6 stations programmed and ready to push you to get results.


Heavy resistance with focus on weightlifting technique to build that peach. ​

MUM + BABY
 

The perfect sessions for those wanting to return to class postpartum in a relaxed and fun environment with other mums.
 
​And the best part ... post-workout coffee and catch up afterwards.

PILATES
 

OUR MODERN SPIN ON MAT PILATES 

 

Power Pilates
MONDAY'S 6.15PM & 7.15PM 


This class is a contemporary combo. Using the pilates method combined with weights to get you a high energy, high vibe pilates class.

FULL POWER  

Designed for those who just want to lift (with no cardio elements). This is a pure strength based class including both compound lifts and accessory work to build muscle and strength. 
This class is perfect for anyone with hypertrophy and strength building goals.

Our team consists of both qualified personal trainers and fitness instructors, who all bring a unique energy to each of our sessions.
