Meg is the founder of VOLT Studio Fitness.
 
Dance teacher turned PT - she’s been a fitness trainer in Penrith for over 9 years!
 
Queen of the peachy workouts she creates her own signature classes that bring all vibes and endorphins!
 
Her motto is ‘if it doesn’t challenge you in won’t change you’ and she channels this motivating and inspiring nature in all her sessions.

Abbi comes with a feel-good playlist and a warm, bubbly personality.

 

 She will make you feel comfortable, help you with your technique in the weights room and build your self-confidence with every session.

 

She has a strong passion all-round health and performing at your best both inside and outside of the gym.

Growing up as a hybrid athlete, Becca has many years of her own experience pursuing sports & fitness.

 

From running to conditioning Becca is your girl for high energy and mood boosting sessions. Since qualifying in both Level 2 & Level 3 PT Becca is able to bring some variety to our studio with a mix of 1-2-1 or small group PT.

 

Whether its to gain confidence in your strength and form or for a fun high energy workout she offers both.

Tayla is our Pilates Queen - she's qualified in both mat and reformer and brings a modern and contemporary spin to Power Pilates at Volt.   

Expect abs, pulses & a whole a lot of spice in her classes.

Loud music & infectious energy her classes are full of variety and challenge.

Sacha discovered her passion for Pilates through her own practise and after experiencing the benefits first hand she decided to train with the Pilates Programme in Level 2 & 3. 

Her goal is to make pilates accessible and enjoyable and wether you're new to Pilates or wanting to deepen your practise her technique focused classes offer something for everyone. Sacha's classes blend strong foundations, classical influences with a modern twist.
