Combining our favourite peachy + power peach classes.​

 

This is your class to take at your pace. We sculpt using bands and weights to give you the great lower body workout with some added surprises.

LOW IMPACT STRENGTH

B3NCH focuses on strengthening exercises to make you stronger, fitter and leaner.

 

It's a low-impact class where you learn the correct technique for lifting heavy weights and challenging your power and strength.

 

This class is great for supporting your joints, developing your posture and overall shape and ‘tone’.

 

No egos - you can lift to your level and work as a team to complete rounds of 3 exercises (tri-sets).
