We offer a range of aerobic and strength based all female exercise classes in our studio. 

Our trainers Meg, Charlotte & Kate will keep you motivated, focussed and empowered alongside a team of like-minded women. In person classes are the perfect way to push yourself while exercising with a group to motivate you.

FULL BODY BARBELLS

Leaving no muscles untouched 

Using adjustable barbells and plates - you set the weight and we give you all the exercise. Unlike 'bodypump' we've redesigned this class to go with any weight and at any pace. 
Go heavy, Go fast - Its up to you!

BOSSCAMP 

BOSS BOOTCAMP 

Circuit style workout combining cardio, strength and speed.

Circuit style class.

Get ready to push your body through the rounds for a full body sweat. 

Jump, slam, run and press like a boss.

EXPRESS BOSSCAMP 

All the above but in a snappy 30 min class (new to Wednesday nights).

CONDITIONING 45

HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING

Your early morning high intensity class

 

This is total full body conditioning aiming to burn as many calories as possible and peak your heart rate. The perfect way to start off your day!

PEACH PILATES

FULL BODY STRENGTH & STRETCH

Focusing on slower and quality movement

 

This class uses pilates technique to give you a full body workout and stretch combined. 
We’ll focus on the glutes and core using traditional Pilates equipment delivered with a modern spin (this class is bare feet)

(Class credits can’t be used for this class please pay separately)

POWER PEACH

GLUTE DEVELOPMENT

Pure glute development and growth

Weights class focusing on growing the glutes and hamstrings. Heavy resistance with focus on weightlifting technique to build that peach.

Time: 45mins    Level: Inter - Advance

*recommended experience lifting weights

MUM & BABY

MUM & BABY FUN! 

The perfect class for those wanting to return to class postpartum in a relaxed and fun environment with other mums. 

And the best part ... post workout coffee and catch up afterwards.

A HIIT style class combining core work and conditioning on the punch bags! 

Get ready to crunch, punch and sweat through this high intensity class!

SCULPT

PEACH SCULPTING FOR ALL

Combining our favourite peachy + power peach classes.

This is your class to take at your pace. 


We sculpt using bands and weights to give you the great lower body workout with some added surprises.

B3NCH

LOW IMPACT STRENGTH

B3NCH focuses on strengthening exercises to make you stronger, fitter and leaner. Its a low impact class where you learn the correct technique for lifting heavy weights and challenging your power and strength.

 

This class is great for supporting your joints, developing your posture and overall shape and ‘tone’. No egos - you can lift to your level and work as a team to complete rounds of 3 exercises (tri-sets).

VOLT Studio T&Cs

  • All attendees must be 16 years old. Anyone younger must be accompanied by an adult.

  • For both in person classes and personal training we operate with a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. This is so we can offer your slot up to someone else! If you cancel less than 24hrs before you will still be charged for the session.
