*SWEAT X BENCH (a variation of our bootcamp style class but combining bench work)

This is total full-body conditioning aiming to burn as many calories as possible and peak your heart rate.

OUR MODERN SPIN ON MAT PILATES 

We offer 2 types of Pilates classes at Volt. 

 

Power Pilates (Monday 6.30pm) This class is a contemporary combo. Using the pilates method combined with weights to get you a high energy, high vibe pilates class. 
 

Peach Pilates (Friday 9.30am) This class is the perfect combination of low impact core, strengthening & stretching - using elements of classical mat pilates that is sure to find new muscle.

OVER 40's FIT 

Designed specifically for those who want to keep fit, support their health and use exercise to improve lifestyle. We believe age is just a number but want to facilitate a safe and encouraging space for women in their 40's and beyond. 

As an aging women you'll likely experience changes and we're here to support you during this transition in our all female space.
