LOW IMPACT STRENGTH
B3NCH focuses on strengthening exercises to make you stronger, fitter and leaner.
It's a low-impact class where you learn the correct technique for lifting heavy weights and challenging your power and strength.
This class is great for supporting your joints, developing your posture and overall shape and ‘tone’.
No egos - you can lift to your level and work as a team to complete rounds of 3 exercises (tri-sets).
