Our trainers Meg and Charlotte will keep you motivated, focussed and empowered alongside a team of like-minded women. In person classes are the perfect way to push yourself while exercising with a group to motivate you.

FULL BODY FOR BEGINNERS
This class is suitable for those who want full body training (like our original bootcamp) but at a slightly slower pace!
Suitable for:
Those completely new to exercise / resistance training
Mums returning to exercise postpartum
Any clients with injuries or struggles with high impact
Those who have had a long break from exercise due to injury, illness or other.
It maybe possible to bring small babies in a carry cot - please speak to one of the coaches.

FULL BODY STRENGTH & STRETCH
Focusing on slower and quality movement
This class uses pilates technique to give you a full body workout and stretch combined.
We’ll focus on the glutes and core using traditional Pilates equipment delivered with a modern spin (this class is bare feet)

TRACK AND FIELD RUNNING CLUB
SPRINTS, INTERVALS AND FITNESS
This is not a traditional ‘run club’ where you meet for a run but rather a running sessions including sprints, intervals improving your fitness and running technique.
This is a supportive female group for anyone from complete beginners to more avid runners.

For both in person classes and personal training we operate with a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. This is so we can offer your slot up to someone else! If you cancel less than 24hrs before you will still be charged for the session.
